Ian Davey, Culinary Director

Chef Ian Davey, a North Shore native, began his career in the restaurant and catering industry in his early teens, quickly working his way through nearly every position in the kitchen. He went on to formalize his training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and continued his culinary development in esteemed restaurants across Paris and Boston. Ian joined the Webber Restaurant Group in 2019 as Executive Chef of Fireside Catering and was named Culinary Director in 2022, overseeing the culinary teams at Fireside Catering, The Barn at Gibbet Hill, Gibbet Hill Grill, and The Double Bull. Known for his leadership and versatility, Ian brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every kitchen he leads. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, tackling home improvement projects, and cooking for his wife and two children.
