Andrea Rotolo brings a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and extensive experience in event management to the Fruitlands Museum team. Over the past 11 years, Andrea honed her skills at The Manor in West Boylston, serving as Director of Sales for eight years and General Manager for three. A Central Massachusetts native, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially during the holidays when she loves cooking Italian meals for family and friends. A lover of the beach and an enthusiastic host, Andrea is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every event she touches.

Melissa Leccese, Operations Director

Melissa Leccese, a Massachusetts native, began her career in hospitality at just 16. Although she earned a degree in political science and Spanish, she built a strong foundation in food and beverage operations, gaining experience across nearly every role in the industry. Prior to joining Fireside Catering in 2011, she spent several years in nonprofit event planning and fundraising, reflecting her commitment to community impact. As Operations Director, Melissa oversees the execution of hundreds of events each year, ensuring every detail runs seamlessly. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, theme park vacations, and spending time with her husband, two children, and volunteering at their school.

Helen Verrochi, Sales & Event Manager

New England native Helen Verrochi joined the Fireside team in 2022 as an Event Manager. Her strong attention to detail and organization quickly set her apart, making her a natural fit as the team expanded at The Stevens Estate. With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Helen now serves as Sales & Event Manager, bringing both expertise and care to every event she oversees. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children or entertaining at home. An avid cook, Helen is known for her guacamole – but it’s her chicken piccata that has her children convinced she should challenge Bobby Flay.
