Amy Shore began her hospitality career at The Ritz-Carlton Boston Common, starting as a server and advancing to Assistant Director of Dining Services, where she oversaw all food and beverage operations. After several years in the role, she discovered her true passion in wedding catering. Prior to joining Fireside Catering in 2010, Amy worked with two of Boston’s premier caterers, executing a wide range of events as a wedding sales manager. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she is known for exceeding client expectations and creating seamless event experiences. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the moment couples realize their wedding is everything they had envisioned.
