Julie Vaughan joined the Webber Restaurant Group as Operations Manager at The Barn at Gibbet Hill and quickly distinguished herself through her leadership and attention to detail. After several years of consistently elevating weddings and social events, she was promoted to Director of Catering in 2011 and, in 2025, named Chief Catering Officer, leading the catering businesses for both The Barn at Gibbet Hill and Fireside Catering. With a background spanning both front- and back-of-house roles since the start of her career, Julie brings a high level of organization, creativity, and strategic insight to every event. She is passionate about leading strong teams, refining systems, and keeping both The Barn and Fireside Catering at the forefront of wedding trends and memorable event experiences.
